I am pretty tickled with the way these pages turned out this month! I REALLY love Close to my Heart's Caboodle papers! They are so stinkin' versitle.....For my pages, I used pics of my nephew, pics of World's of Fun and pics of Ocean's of Fun. The colors really lend themselves to quite a few different events.
Each month group meets on the 3rd Friday at 7pm and we create 6 pages from a kit for $20. There is always paper and embellishments left over, after the 6 pages are complete that you could use to create more pages or maybe throw a few cards together!
In addition to the paper necessary to create the pages and what is left over, the April kit contains matching Caboodle Stickease, 4 Tiny Tabs and a yard of Sorbet dash ribbon. I supply the inks and stamps that I have used on the pages.
If you do not live in the area, but would like to create these pages, contact me to have a pre-cut, pre-stamped kit sent to you for the same cost as club. For just $20 (plus shipping to you) you will have everything needed to create all 6 pages with extra paper and embellishments left over for other pages or maybe even cards.
If you notice that there is no journaling on these pages.....that is because it is always the last thing that I do. Have no fear, they will be journaled on!!
Thanks for stopping by!!
I hope that I have inspired you to pull out your Caboodle papers, or purchase them from your favorite CTMH consultant and get some scrapbooking done! If you would like more details on which LO's I used from Imagine and Cherish, visit my website at http://www.lovinscrappin.myctmh.com/ and go to My Art.
How would you like to hold your OWN scrapbook groups each month? Contact me to find out how fun and easy it really is!! I look forward each month to my Friday night scrapbook group and I would not know what to do without my peeps!

March Swap Card ALMOST Complete!!
I say ALMOST because I still need to create 9 more of these cards. I have everything cut and ready to be inked and adhered. Well, I HAD everything ready until I come into my "play" space and see 4 of the flowers that I am going to use, on the floor with some of the petals NEXT to them. NOT good! I do have extra's that I can use so I am not too worried about it. BUT I am not sure how they got on the floor in the first place, let alone how my sweet Sadie ate them without me noticing. UUGGGHHH
Well, this is what I came up with on Saturday after my 18 page workshop that Kim held for her friends. I actually had MOST of it together Saturday night.....I just had to put a few of the finishing details on it today.
The papers are from the CTMH paper pack Caboodle. The stamp sets that I used are all CTMH, Welcome Baby, Childhood and Circle Around. When the Welcome Baby stamp set came out, it was one of the first sets that i ordered from that Idea Book. But, once I got it home and got it out to play with I had a really hard time figuring out what to do with it. I thought I would pull it out again to see if I could create something to go on this card as I think these are the perfect colors for this set......to me!
I pulled out this circle template thingy that I bought for stitching or embellishment placement and used it for the paper piercing around the flower. There is also prisma glitter on the dots going around the stamped saying from Childhood. The ribbon is from the Sorbet Ribbon Round collection.
Thanks for stopping by!
I hope that I have inspired you to get out one of those stamp sets that you just HAD to have but did not know what to do with once you got it......OR maybe I am the only one who does that! LOL

A simple 3x3 card.....
I created this little 3x3 card this afternoon to be sent to Close to my Heart as part of an art submission for a chance to teach at convention this summer. I thought it turned out sweet, but simple. Sometimes, simple is hard for me because I always feel like it is missing something.....

It is hard to tell from this picture, but I added Prisma Glitter to the little dots along the stem, each flower petal and the inside of the flower. I had tried Bitty Sparkles first, but they were too big and took away from the daintyness (is that even a word?lol) of the flower and flower stem.
The papers are from the Close to my Heart paper pack "Caboodle" and the stamp set is "Smiles". I could play ALL day with these colors and stamps! These very well could be my most favorite since "Animal Cookies". TOO CUTE!!!
Well, my laundry is creeping outside of my laundry room and is starting to take over my kitchen....not quite sure how that happened soooo fast....LOL I guess I had better go put some bath towels in, cuz drying off with a hand towel is NO fun! Ask me how I know......ROFL.....Hey, I eventually got dry after the 2nd hand towel....HA
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
